The present invention is applicable to the technical field of computers, and provides a parking guidance method and device, an apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: calculating, according to public information of parking lots in a preset range and a mutual road connection relationship among the parking lots, a service evaluation index of the parking lots, and storing the result in a preset database; obtaining a current location of a user vehicle when a parking guidance request of the user vehicle is received; obtaining, according to the current location of the user vehicle and from the preset database, a parking lot within a preset range comprising the current location and the service evaluation index of the parking lot; calculating, according to a location relationship between the parking lot and a location of the user vehicle and the service evaluation index, a current recommendation reference value of the parking lot; and setting a parking lot with the calculated greatest current recommendation reference value as a target parking lot of the user vehicle, and performing, according to the target parking lot, parking guidance on the user vehicle. The invention reduces parking guidance complexity.
