The present invention relates to the technical field of live broadcast application development, and disclosed thereby are a method, storage medium, device and system for implementing a microphone connection-based battle between hosts on a personal computer (PC). The method comprises: when a connecting host initiates a microphone connection request, a PC client of the connecting host sends a microphone connection request message to a PC client of an host to be connected by means of a background server; after the PC client of the host to be connected receives the microphone connection request message, the PC client sends a microphone connection agreement message to the PC client of the connecting host by means of a background server; after the connecting host and the host to be connected connect the microphones at the PC clients successfully, the two hosts switch to respective web browsers and perform a battle operation on the web browsers; and if the PC client of either one of the two hosts disconnects the microphone, the web browsers of the two hosts stop the current battle operation. According to the present invention, a microphone connection inlet and a battle inlet are separate, so that hosts do not need to switch frequently in the microphone connection based battle process, and the present invention is thus more convenient and easier and to use.
