An unmanned electro-optic driving constant-current circuit, an integrated circuit and a control system. The electro-optic driving constant-current circuit comprises: a starting circuit, which is connected to a power source end to provide a soft starting voltage for a connected constant-current circuit; and a constant-current circuit for adjusting a loop current of the unmanned electro-optic driving constant-current circuit, so that the loop current remains constant. The starting circuit comprises four transistors (N1, N2, N3, P1) and one capacitor (C1); and the constant-current circuit comprises an operational amplifier (OP), an electro-optic diode (D1), a transistor (N4) and a resistor (R1). The electro-optic driving constant-current circuit uses a starting circuit to provide a band gap reference voltage for a connected constant-current circuit, and has a higher power supply rejection ratio, thereby solving the problem of a change in an input voltage causing a change in the input power of the entire system, thus affecting the system efficiency.
