Disclosed are a salary calculation method, an application server and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: creating a salary calculation task; dividing the salary calculation task into multiple parent tasks and multiple child tasks; and according to parameter information corresponding to the multiple parent tasks and the multiple child tasks and in conjunction with a pre-set calculation formula, conducting parallel calculation on personnel salaries corresponding to the same task. The salary calculation method, the application server and the computer-readable storage medium of the present application make full use of CPU resources, thus improving the efficiency of salary calculation, and effectively reducing the error rate.
