ANTI-COUNTERFEITING LABEL AND METHOD FOR DETECTING AND AUTHENTICATING AUTHENTICITY OF COMMODITY OF REGISTERED TRADEMARK BY USING SAME

An anti-counterfeiting label and an Internet-based method for detecting and authenticating the authenticity of a commodity of a registered trademark by using same. A two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label (2) or a RFID anti-counterfeiting label (2) is mounted (6) on a commodity (1), or a one-dimensional code B (22) or a two-dimensional code B (32) representative of a factory serial number is simultaneously pasted (23), or an activation code is attached at the side of a computer server (13), so that the existing anti-counterfeiting technology is improved by verifying the activation code, handing over the authority of detecting and authenticating the commodity (1), and providing a website (12); or an enterprise (16) collects a face image of a consumer (4) who buys (5) the commodity (1), and provides the consumer with a detection and authentication conclusion once the consumer (4) is validated by means of comparative identification. Consumers (4) in different regions and different languages can conveniently and quickly participate in detecting and authenticating whether a bought commodity (1) is an authentic commodity (1) of a registered trademark, thereby boycotting (20) a counterfeit commodity of the registered trademark, and restricting an insider of the enterprise (16) from participating or even selling the counterfeit commodity (1) of the registered trademark in an authentic commodity sales channel.
