This program causes a computer to execute a process of: determining in advance, from data accumulated in a storage unit and relating to a temperature distribution of a first building in which a sorting operation has been performed before moving between locations and a sorting time, a first function indicating a relationship between the data and a temperature of articles before the movement; determining in advance, from data accumulated in the storage unit and relating to a refrigeration or cooling capability of a cargo compartment of a movement means which moves between the locations, a temperature distribution in the cargo compartment and a movement time, a second function indicating a relationship between the data and the temperature of the articles during the movement; determining in advance, from data accumulated in the storage unit and relating to a temperature distribution of a second building in which a sorting operation has been performed after the movement between the locations and a sorting time, a third function indicating a relationship between the data and the temperature of the articles after the movement; determining in advance, from data accumulated in the storage unit and relating to a temperature distribution in the cargo compartment during delivery and a delivery time, a fourth function indicating a relationship between the data and the temperature of the articles during delivery; calculating from the first function and outputting a temperature of the articles during transportation, using the temperature in the first building and the sorting time as arguments; calculating from the second function and outputting a temperature of the articles during the transportation, using a loading count or a loading rate of the articles on the movement means, the temperature in the cargo compartment of the movement means, and the movement time as arguments; calculating from the third function and outputting a temperature of the articles during the transportation, using the temperature in the second building and the sorting time as arguments; and calculating from the fourth function and outputting a temperature of the articles during the transportation, using the temperature in the cargo compartment during delivery and the delivery time as arguments.
