An ultrasonic scalpel blade. The scalpel blade is curved, and both sides of the scalpel blade are provided with cutting faces, with one face as a concave face (71) and the other face as a convex face (72). The thickness of the scalpel blade is gradually thinned along a cutting direction from proximal end to distal end. It is set as that for the concave face (71), the length is L1 and a radius of curvature is R1; for the convex face (72), the length is L2 and the radius of curvature is R2; an angle of curvature of a center line of the scalpel blade is α; the diameter of the proximal end of the scalpel blade is D; the thickness of the distal-end face of the scalpel blade is T; a relation thereamong is: L1=L2+L2/1.5*(D-T)*Sinα(1), R1=R2+2T(2); a range of each measurement is adjustable within 10% of the range. A scalpel handle and an ultrasonic scalpel using the ultrasonic scalpel blade have few potential resonant frequencies, so that the thermal injury to tissue is small, and the performance is more stable.
