The present invention relates to the technical field of industrial automation, and in particular, to a quick customization design method and system for an intelligent workshop. The method comprises the following steps: step A, obtaining design requirement information of a production line, and performing modeling in a simulation system according to the information; step B, completing action planning of physical stand-alone equipment, completing logistics and motion planning of articles being processed, and compiling motion and action control scripts; step C, establishing a communication channel among a PLC system of workshop digitization model, a PLC system of physical workshop equipment, and an upper computer by using a digital twin technology; and step D, outputting a three-dimensional digital twin model as a blueprint for follow-up design and development of the stand-alone equipment, a control system, and an execution system. According to the quick customization design method and system for an intelligent workshop, by using a digital twin technology, physical equipment is integrated in segments, distributed integration prior to final assembly is completed, control logic and logistics design errors are avoided locally, online debugging and test time is shortened, and site occupation and fund occupation costs are reduced.
