The glue sealing method for a magnetic levitation bearing stator assembly (100) comprises the following steps: a. after the stator assembly (100) is assembled, mounting the stator assembly (100) into a glue sealing tool, with a glue injection space (10) being formed between an outer circumferential surface of the stator assembly (100) and the glue sealing tool; b. after the stator assembly (100) is mounted, injecting glue liquid into the glue injection space (10); and c. after the glue injection is completed, heating the glue sealing tool having the stator assembly (100) inside, so that the glue liquid in the glue injection space is cured and coated on the outer circumferential surface of the stator assembly (100).
