The present invention is a system which, comprising an extrusion machine (11) processing the paste that is obtained from the plastic raw material by melting it at high temperature, a plastic sheet (20) of a certain thickness and width, that is fed to system by mentioned extrusion machine (11) processing the paste, an extrusion line in which mentioned plastic sheet (20) is passed through and allowed to have the desired thickness and physical properties, provides both appearance and touch of fabric to plastic material during production of plastic material, especially of interior plastic trim panel in vehicles and a production method therefor.
