Disclosed is an efficient intelligent adjustable hydraulic pump, comprising a servo motor (3), a center gear (4), a planet gear I (5), a planet gear II (6), a planet gear III (7), an integrated oil cylinder (8), an oil circuit block (9), an integrated cylinder cover (10), guide columns (11), nut pistons (12), ball screws (13), oil holes I (15), and oil holes II (18). Also disclosed is a pump station system equipped with the efficient intelligent adjustable hydraulic pump, comprising an oil tank (1) and an energy accumulator (2). Through changes in the transmission ratio between the center gear (4) and the planet gears (5/6/7), the oil pressure and the flow rate of the efficient intelligent adjustable hydraulic pump can be changed, and the different pump types at various pressure levels and various flow rates can be acquired.
