ALUMINUM ETCHING ANTENNA WITH UHF TAG NEAR-FIELD TEST FUNCTION

The present invention relates to the field of integrated circuits, and provides an aluminum etching antenna with an ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) tag near-field test function, comprising an inner coil and an outer coil which are arranged on a PCB board. Two square coils are provided with open circuits respectively to enable forming of capacitance in each single coil, each of four sides of the inner coil is provided with one open circuit, and a resistor R1 is in short connection at the open circuit at the top of the inner coil. Each of two lateral sides and the top of the outer coil is provided with two open circuits, the bottom of the outer coil is provided with one open circuit, a resistor R2 and a resistor R3 are in short connection with the two open circuits at the top of the outer coil respectively, an SMA adaptor connected to a test circuit board is connected to the open circuit at the bottom of the outer coil, and the bottom of the inner coil and the bottom of the outer coil are connected by means of a capacitor C1 and a capacitor C2. According to the present invention, sharing of a same test antenna in UHF tag near-field and far-field tests is realized, complexity and production cost of a UHF antenna production process are sharply reduced, and the aluminum etching antenna can be applied to tag testing.
