A degradable, environmentally-friendly, and antibacterial dinnerware comprising the following raw materials in terms of parts by weight: bamboo fiber 25-40; starch 40-50; a thermosetting resin 5-10; an oil repellent 5-8; a water repellent 3-6; and nanosilver 0.1-0.2. Bamboo and bamboo leaves are utilized as the main raw materials for the dinnerware, which is thus inexpensive, the raw materials are readily available, fully biodegradable, and environmentally friendly, can be processed into products such as disposable dinnerware and specific packaging materials, and produce no white pollution like what foamed dinnerware or plastic dinnerware would cause. Moreover, nanosilver is added in the manufacturing process to serve as an antibacterial agent for the dinnerware, great antibacterial effects are provided, and the shelf life of a food item is effectively increased.
