This word semantic relation deduction device is provided with: a word search unit (101) that searches, from a database, each word constituting an inputted word pair; a word vector extraction unit (102) that extracts a word vector corresponding to the searched word from a word vector database (103); a character vector conversion unit (104) that converts characters constituting the word pair into a character vector; a feature amount acquisition unit (105) that acquires a feature amount by integrating the extracted word vector of the word and the converted character vector; and a deduction unit (106) that deduces a semantic relation between the words on the basis of the acquired feature amount.
