Provided is a cervical band structure comprising: an elastic body (10); a fixing portion (20) connected to one side of the body and having a plurality of tapered conical structures; a fixing hole (40) arranged at the other side of the body so as to prevent the fixing portion (20) from moving in the other direction after the passage of the fixing portion in one direction through the fixing hole; an embossed portion (30) comprising a plurality of protrusions which are formed on one surface of the body (10) and have a predetermined height; and two vascular injury prevention grooves (50) formed on the body (10).
