The present invention relates to a drug carrier and a method for producing same, the drug carrier comprising: a porous magnetic nanoparticle core carrying a hydrophilic drug; and a liposome shell which has a hydrophobic drug collected therein and surrounds the core. The drug carrier has a core-shell structure so as to be able to carry two types of drugs inside and outside, respectively, and a particle of the core has a porous structure, and a thermosensitive liposome is disposed in a shell part. Thus, it is possible to expect increased efficiency of a drug in reaching a tumor through the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect, an advantage of the conventional drug delivery nanoparticles, while it is also possible to prevent drug tolerance, one of the obstacles of the present anticancer treatments, and it is also expected that a side effect, causing a problem to normal cells, or the like can be reduced by being able to trigger a drug at a desired time by way of various extrasomatic distal stimuli.
