Disclosed are a outer tub cover for a washer-dryer integrated machine and a washer-dryer integrated machine having same, and an operating method, the outer tub cover comprising a first lid (1) and a second lid (2), wherein the first lid (1) is provided with a ventilation opening connected to a drying module, the second lid (2) is circumferentially provided with several water guide ribs (3) spirally distributed at a side thereof towards the interior of the outer tub, and the incoming water from outside of the integrated machine or the circulating water inside the integrated machine is guided and sprayed into an inner drum through the water guide ribs (3); the water guide rib (3) is mainly composed of a first water guide part (4) and a second water guide part (5); the first water guide part (4) is of an arc-shaped flow guide structure and guides water into the second water guide part (5); and the second water guide part (5) is of a flow guide structure, and guides the flow of water into the inner drum of the washer-dryer integrated machine. The flow of water is sprayed onto laundry to be washed from the outer tub cover, thereby improving the washing efficiency and ensuring that no water overflows from a viewing window.
