POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR USE IN THIN-WALL INJECTION MOLDING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A polypropylene composite material for use in thin-wall injection molding and a preparation method therefor. The composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of a high-flow polypropylene base material, 5-40 parts of a coating talc powder masterbatch, 2-15 parts of ternary copolymerized PP, 1-10 parts of K resin, 20-30 parts of organic fibers, and 1 part of other auxiliaries. The prepared polypropylene composite material has high fluidity and high rigidity, and can be used for preparing thin-walled plastic parts featuring flow mark resistance, wall shrinkage resistance, and low warpage.
