A potential adjustment method and a potential adjustment system (20) for a display panel (24), and a storage device (30), which relate to the technical field of display. The method comprises: acquiring a display deviation value ΔV_th (S101); calculating, according to a currently input voltage value V_i and the display deviation value ΔV_th, an output voltage value V_t = V_i + ΔV_th (S102); determining whether the output voltage value V_t is within an adjustment range of a potential adjuster (23) (S103); if same is determined as so, controlling the potential adjuster (23) to output a corresponding adjustment voltage value according to the output voltage value V_t (S104); and if same is determined as not so, adjusting the voltage adjustment range of the potential adjuster (23) according to the output voltage value V_t (S105). The present invention can solve the problem that the display panel (24) cannot effectively improve the potential offset.
