A fan blade heating and deicing system and a control method, a fan blade, and a wind turbine are provided. The fan blade heating and deicing system comprises an isolation device. The isolation device is disposed in a cavity of the fan blade and divides a part of the cavity near the front edge of the fan blade into a plurality of sub-cavities sequentially arranged along the longitudinal direction of the fan blade, wherein each of the sub-cavities is respectively provided with a heating device (402). The fan blade heating and deicing system also comprises a controller (401). The controller (401) is used to respond to a fan blade deicing instruction, and respectively controls each of the heating devices (402) in each of the sub-cavities to be turned on and off, so as to heat the sub-cavities. The technical solution can improve heating efficiency of a fan blade, so as to achieve an excellent deicing effect.
