A mnemonic system which safely stores mnemonic of a hardware bitcoin wallet is provided. The mnemonic system according to the present invention can comprise a bitcoin wallet server which is configured so as to process authentication of an external bitcoin hardware wallet; a mnemonic server which is connected to be capable of communicating with the bitcoin wallet server and configured so as to transmit a request for generating a bitcoin encryption key when receiving an authentication request from the bitcoin wallet server; and a sandbox module which is connected to be capable of communicating with the mnemonic server, and configured to receive the bitcoin encryption key generation request, generate and store mnemonic required for generating the encryption key, and generate and transmit the encryption key.
