A rigid body configuration method and apparatus, a terminal device and a computer storage medium. The method comprising: initializing the position of a reflective mark of each rigid body; and selecting, from the reflective marks with a target position being undetermined, a reflective mark as a target reflective mark (1021); fixing the other reflective marks other than the target reflective mark, and moving the target reflective mark successively at each vacant position in the stereoscopic space of the rigid body to which the target reflective mark belongs (1022); calculating, according to information of the position where each reflective mark is located, a rigid body difference degree respectively when the target reflective mark is at each position (1023); and determining a position, corresponding to the maximum value of the rigid body difference, as the target position of the target reflective mark (1024). The same method is used to determine the target positions of all the reflective marks in a system, thus completing one rigid body configuration. Compared with the existing rigid body configuration method, the method can greatly reduce the amount of computation, thereby reducing the processing time of a system.
