When it is detected that a time interval between the switching off and the switching on of a power source input switch is greater than a first predetermined time duration, a control chip (203) directly enters a logic state before the power source input switch is switched off. After switching to a preferred state by a user, every time a lamp is turned on, the state of the control chip (203) is the state before the last time that the lamp was turned off without requiring re-switching by means of the switch. The present invention has the advantage of being simple and convenient to operate, and the user experience is improved.
