摘要

A high-temperature sensitive nano-material and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of powder metallurgy. The high-temperature sensitive nano-material consists of, in parts by weight, the following components: 50-65 parts of zirconium carbide, 20-30 parts of vanadium, and 5-21 parts of niobium. The method comprises: mixing original powder of zirconium carbide, vanadium, and niobium according to the proportions above; performing grinding for 3-7 h, the grain diameter of the ground powder being 40-50 nm, and spraying the powder on a surface of a base or a component by means of decomposition and injection. The provided high-temperature sensitive nano-material is reduced in friction coefficient and wearing strength and enhanced in microhardness, and can be used for machinery manufacturing and manufacture of operating components thereof in formation of friction and coating, so that the components are high in hardness, good in thermal stability, and wide in loading speed range.
