The invention discloses a system and a method for realizing interworking of an ILK interface service and an Ethernet interface service, pertaining to the technical field of communications. The method comprises an Ethernet receiving module, an Ethernet decapsulation module, an ILK transmission module, an ILK receiving module, an Ethernet encapsulation module, and an Ethernet frame transmission module. The Ethernet receiving module uses an ILK signal as a payload, adds a preset Ethernet frame header, and performs encapsulation according to an MPLS/VLAN identifier of an Ethernet frame received by an Ethernet interface, so as to form an Ethernet frame and transmit the same. The Ethernet decapsulation module receives the Ethernet frame encapsulated by the Ethernet receiving module, removes the Ethernet frame header of the Ethernet frame, and restores the ILK signal from the payload. The ILK transmission module sends, according to a channel number of the ILK signal restored by the Ethernet decapsulation module, the restored ILK signal to a corresponding ILK interface output. The invention realizes ILK service interworking between different service interfaces in packet services.
