METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EXTRACTING MINERALS IN SALT LAKE WATER BY USING SOLAR ENERGY

A method for extracting the minerals in salt lake water by using solar energy, comprising the following steps: A) heating an organic heat carrier by using a solar energy collector (1); B) passing the heated organic heat carrier through a heat exchanger (3) to heat salt lake water; C) passing the heated salt lake water through an evaporation crystallization unit to separate minerals. A device for extracting the minerals in salt lake water by using solar energy, comprising the solar energy collector (1), the heat exchanger (3) and the evaporation crystallization unit; the evaporation crystallization unit comprises an evaporation crystallizer (5), a condenser (6), a condensate liquid tank (7) and pumps; the pumps comprise a heat exchanger pump (9), a circulating pump (10), a crystal slurry pump (11), a salt lake water feeding pump (12) and a vacuum pump (13); the heat exchanger (3) is provided with a heat carrier inlet (21), a heat carrier outlet (22), a salt lake water feed port (24) and a salt lake water discharge port (23); the heat carrier inlet (21) of the heat exchanger (3) is connected to the solar energy collector (1) by means of the heat exchanger pump (9), and the heat carrier outlet (22) is connected to the solar energy collector (1) by means of a circulating pipeline; the salt lake water feed port (24) is connected to a raw material pool by means of the circulating pump (10), and the salt lake water discharge port (23) is connected to the evaporation crystallizer (5); the circulating pipeline is formed at a bottom portion of the evaporation crystallizer (5) by means of a pipe and the crystal slurry pump (11), and a crystal slurry discharge port is disposed between the crystal slurry pump (11) and a return pipeline.
