Disclosed in the present application are a video program identification method and device, a terminal, a system, and a storage medium, the method being executed by a server and comprising: receiving, from a terminal, audio information in a video program, the audio information comprising voice information; identifying target person information corresponding to the voice information; searching for a video program associated with the target person information in a video database, the video database storing person information and the video programs associated with the person information; and searching for a target video program comprising target voice content information in the video programs associated with the target person information, the target voice content information comprising information that matches the voice content information in the audio information.
