PRODUCTION METHOD FOR STERILIZED QUARTZITE COMPOSITE LINER

A production method for a sterilized quartzite composite liner. The sterilized quartzite composite liner is prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of quartzite sand, 20-30 parts of melted quartz powder, 0.01-0.1 part of nano-silver, 0.05-0.2 part of nano-titanium dioxide, 3-10 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 0.002-1.2 parts of curing agent, 0.015-2.6 parts of silane coupling agent, and 4-12 parts of filler. The quartzite composite liner overcomes the common defects in the existing quartzite plate that is easy to age and prone to mildew and breeds bacterium.
