Adaptive joint sparse coding-based parallel magnetic resonance imaging method and apparatus and a computer readable medium. The method of the present invention comprises: solving an l2-lF-l2,1 smallest objective function, wherein the norm l2 is a data fitting item, the norm lF represents sparse expression error, and the mixed norm l2,1 represents the joint sparse constraint between each channel; using a divide-and-conquer method and corresponding algorithm to update a sparse matrix, dictionary, and spatial data K before finally acquiring a reconstructed image by means of the sum of the root-mean-squares of all channels. The joint sparsity of the channels is exploited using the norm l2,1, and when information sparsity is exploited, calibration may be avoided. The method also has fairly strong robustness.
