The present invention provides a service authentication protocol and server for electronic contract signing based on voiceprint recognition. By receiving a contract signing request of a user, generating a random-digit dynamic password and sending same to the user, receiving a sound signal input by the user according to the random-digit dynamic password, first recognizing voice content in the sound signal and determining whether the voice content in the sound signal is consistent with the random-digit dynamic password or not, then generating a second voiceprint according to the sound signal, matching the second voiceprint with a preset second comparison voiceprint, and determining whether the match value thereof reaches a preset required matching value or not, and if the voice content is consistent with the random-digit dynamic password and the match value reaches the preset required matching value, passing the contract signing request of the user, the service authentication protocol with dual verification is safer, and identity matching is determined by using the voiceprint, thereby solving the technical problems that it wastes time, labor and paper to sign a paper contract, and the paper contract is not easy to save, and user information or an account number is prone to be stolen during electronic contract signing.
