Disclosed are a dial-up Internet access method and system, a smart terminal and a server, relating to the field of dial-up Internet access technology. The dial-up Internet access method comprises: receiving website information sent by a client, the website information comprising information inputted manually or information obtained by parsing a two-dimensional code; extracting from a first preset database an exclusive code paired with the website information, and sending the exclusive code to the client; receiving a dial-up request sent by the client according to the exclusive code; and sending the obtained corresponding web page content to the client according to the dial-up request. By finding an exclusive code paired with website information inputted directly or website information obtained by parsing a two-dimensional code, the method enables a user who has obtained the exclusive code to quickly perform dial-up Internet access, and accurately acquires target information specified by the merchant or individual, thereby solving the difficulty that when lengthy and tedious information is originally propagated through a two-dimensional code, it is impossible to memorize, see, hear or pass on by mouth the two-dimensional code.
