[Problem] To estimate, for all discrete bodies, 3D parameters of various indexes from 2D parameters specified with various indexes. [Solution] This 3D parameter estimation device 1 has: a 2D-3D conversion information database 31 which stores a conversion information group in which one pair of pieces of conversion information are formed from registered 2D frequency information based on frequency information for each class, when 2D parameters of one discrete body are classified into the classes, and registered 3D parameter information having 3D parameters of the discrete body, when the frequency information is the registered 2D frequency information; and a 3D parameter estimation means 32 which associates input frequency information with 2D-3D conversion information by adopting, as an input, the input frequency information of an object to be estimated and evaluating the difference between the input frequency information and contrast information based on the registered 2D frequency information, and which estimates the 3D parameters of the object to be estimated on the basis of the registered 3D parameter information of the associated 2D-3D conversion information.
