The present invention relates to a satellite image analysis model generation method comprising the steps of: (a) obtaining a first correlation for calculating clear-sky global horizontal irradiation on the basis of a first parameter affecting clear-sky global horizontal irradiation; (b) obtaining a second correlation between the clear-sky global horizontal irradiation and a cloud index by means of the cloud index determined on the basis of a ground reflectance and a cloud reflectance which correspond to a lower limit and an upper limit of a dynamic range of measurement values for each pixel of a satellite image and the clear-sky global horizontal irradiation; and (c) obtaining a third correlation for calculating the global horizontal irradiation on the basis of a second parameter affecting an atmosphere reflectance and the cloud index.
