Disclosed are an optical fiber probe and a method for manufacturing an optical fiber probe which can reduce astigmatism. The disclosed optical fiber probe comprises: an optical fiber into which light from a light source is incident; a reflection portion for reflecting the incident light in a direction toward a circumferential surface; and a transparent window comprising an incident surface coupled to a circumferential surface of the reflection portion, and an exit surface having a curvature different from the curvature of the circumferential surface.
