The present invention provides an alveolar bone distractor capable of osteodistraction by an arbitrary vector, comprising: a guide means which performs osteodistraction in the alveolar bone, on an existing bone and a bone fragment separated from the existing bone, the guide means performing osteodistraction on the bone fragment in an arbitrary direction; and a movement means for moving the bone fragment, wherein the bone fragment is moved by the movement means so as to vary a relative distance of the bone fragment from the existing bone, and the bone fragment moved by the movement means is guided by the guiding means. The alveolar bone distractor capable of osteodistraction by an arbitrary vector according to the present invention as mentioned above has the effect of facilitating a surgical procedure, minimizing skin incisions compared to conventional extensive skin incisions, and more than all, freely controlling an osteodistraction direction to a vector direction desired by a surgeon.
