System and methods for measuring properties within a subterranean well (10) include a ring assembly (16). The ring assembly includes a structural ring (20) sized with a ring inner diameter to circumscribe a tubular string (14) and a ring outer diameter to fit within a bore (12) of the subterranean well. A measurement tool (26) is integrated with the structural ring. Wheels (24) are spaced around an inner diameter surface of the structural ring.
