Disclosed are an aromatherapy head fixing assembly (20) and an aromatherapy apparatus (100) using the aromatherapy head fixing assembly (20). The aromatherapy head fixing assembly (20) is used for connecting to a neck-less bottle body (10), wherein the neck-less bottle body (10) has a housing space and a bottle opening (12) used for communicating the housing space and the external environment; the aromatherapy head fixing assembly (20) comprises a top part fixing piece (21), a middle part fixing piece (22) and a bottom part fixing piece (23); the top part fixing piece (21) has a penetrating hole (215), and is partially housed in the bottle opening (12); the bottom part fixing piece (23) is housed in the housing space, and a top end of the bottom part fixing piece (23) is connected to the top part fixing piece (21), while abutting the middle part fixing piece (22); and the middle part fixing piece (22) is provided between the top part fixing piece (21) and the bottom part fixing piece (23).
