The essence of the present invention is the modular elements that serve to build a complete container house. These modular elements are made of several layers so that, apart from the construction, they may comprise wail coverings, insulation, ventilation facade and joinery. First modular element or the front modular element for building of object comprises a basic construction of the front module, a modular roof element for the front module, a left side modular element for the front module, a right side modular element for the front module and a longitudinal modular element for the front module. The subject elements can be joined together to form a space bounded by six planes, wherein only one side of a modular element is over its entire circumference opened to the surrounding. The present invention also reveals the modular object, which is realized by joining the first modular element and the second modular element, as well as the modular construction system.
