摘要

Disclosed are a phosphine ligand compound based on a tetramethyl spirobiindane skeleton, and an intermediate thereof, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The phosphine ligand compound is a compound having a structure represented by general formula (I) or general formula (II) or an enantiomer, racemate or diastereomer of the compound. The phosphine ligand is obtained by using a cheap and readily available tetramethyl spirobiindane diphenol as a raw material via a preparation route with a general formula (III) as a key intermediate. The present invention develops a novel class of phosphine ligands, which can be used to catalyze organic reactions, especially can be widely used in many asymmetric catalytic reactions including asymmetric hydrogenation and asymmetric allylic alkylation as chiral phosphine ligands, and has economic practicability and industrial application prospects.
