An asynchronous starting synchronous reluctance motor rotor, a motor and a compressor. The asynchronous starting synchronous reluctance motor rotor comprises a rotor core (10) and a stator (40) outside said rotor. The rotor core (10) comprises a first magnetic barrier structure and a second magnetic barrier structure. The first magnetic barrier structure comprises a plurality of supplement grooves (214); the second magnetic barrier structure comprises communication magnetic barrier grooves (31) and a plurality of independent magnetic barrier grooves (32), there being two communication magnetic barrier grooves (31), the two communication magnetic barrier grooves (31) being spaced apart along a d-axis of the rotor core (10), the two communication magnetic barrier grooves (31) being respectively located at the outer peripheral sides of the d-axis of the rotor core, and the length of the communication magnetic barrier grooves (32) is larger than that of at least one of the supplement grooves (214) and the independent magnetic barrier grooves (32). The structure of said rotor effectively solves the problem of low operation efficiency of an asynchronous starting synchronous reluctance motor rotor of a motor in the prior art.
