An embodiment of the present invention provides a control method and control device for a unmanned aerial vehicle, an unmanned aerial vehicle and an agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle, the method comprising: detecting topographical information of a working area of an unmanned aerial vehicle by means of detecting equipment on the unmanned aerial vehicle; adjusting flight state parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the topographical information of the working area of the unmanned aerial vehicle; controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly in the working area according to the flight state parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle. In the embodiment of the present invention, topographical information of the working area of the unmanned aerial vehicle is detected by means of detecting equipment on the unmanned aerial vehicle, flight state parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle are adjusted according to the topographical information of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled to fly in the working area according to the flight state parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle such that the flight state parameters of the unmanned aerial vehicle may vary as the topography changes, thus ensuring that the unmanned aerial vehicle may fly in real time according to the topography. When the topography is complex, the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled according to changes in topography, which may improve the stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle when flying following the topography.
