An air outlet structure, comprising a wind deflector (4), wherein a deflection structure (10) is disposed on an inner sidewall of the wind deflector (4). The deflection structure (10) comprises a plurality of protrusions (11), and the plurality of protrusions (11) are arranged in a fixed arrangement by employing a set arranging mode, so that roots of the plurality of adjacent protrusions (11) are surroundingly arranged to form micropores (12). The wind deflector (4) is provided with wind outlet holes (21) at a position corresponding to the micropores (12) of the deflection structure. Also disclosed is an air conditioner comprising the air outlet structure. The wind flowing out by means of the wind deflector (4) which has the deflection structure (10) is gentle without the feeling of wind. The deflection structure (10) allows the blown wind to be smoothly deflected, thus greatly reducing wind vortex formation and reducing noise.
