ONLINE MONITORING METHOD FOR SWITCHING ON AND OFF TIME OF ALTERNATING-CURRENT FILTER HIGH-VOLTAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER

Disclosed is an online monitoring method for the switching on and off time of an alternating-current filter high-voltage circuit breaker, comprising: recording a waveform of a current in a switching on and off coil of a circuit breaker, and analyzing a switching on and off starting moment of the circuit breaker through the waveform of the current in the switching on and off coil of the circuit breaker; recording a waveform of a current flowing through the circuit breaker, analyzing a closing time and opening time of the circuit breaker through the recorded waveform of the current of the circuit breaker, and analyzing an arcing time of the circuit breaker at a switching on and off moment; and through the switching on and off starting moment of the circuit breaker, the closing time and opening time of the circuit breaker, and the arcing time of the circuit breaker at the switching on and off moment, calculating a switching on and off time of the circuit breaker, an inter-phase switching on asynchronous time of the circuit breaker and an inter-phase switching off asynchronous time of the circuit breaker. By multiple comparisons and analyses of the switching on and off time of the circuit breaker, the inter-phase switching on asynchronous time of the circuit breaker and the inter-phase switching off asynchronous time of the circuit breaker, the performance of an operating mechanism of the circuit breaker and the insulating performance of the circuit breaker are determined, providing a basis for circuit breaker state inspection.
