This conveyance robot, in which at least one delivery article is mounted and which is self-propelled within a building and conveys the delivery article in sequence to a delivery-article delivery destination designated for each delivery article, is provided with: a reception possibility information acquisition unit that acquires, for each delivery-article delivery destination, reception possibility information indicating whether the delivery article can be received; a delivery possibility determination unit that determines, for each delivery article, whether to deliver the delivery article to the delivery destination, said determination being made on the basis of the reception possibility information; a route information acquisition unit that acquires self-propulsion-possible route information indicating a route on which the conveyance robot can be self-propelled in the building; a travel route determination unit that determines, on the basis of the self-propulsion-possible route information, a travel route for conveying the delivery article to the delivery destination, it having been determined by the delivery possibility determination unit that the delivery article is to be delivered; and a travel unit for traveling within the building on the basis of the travel route.
