The present invention relates to a method for preparing a palladium catalyst for preparation of hydrogen peroxide highly dispersed in a rutile titania carrier, and a method for preparing hydrogen peroxide by using the prepared palladium catalyst. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a palladium catalyst having a specifically high dispersion and surface area in a titania carrier by using a titania carrier having a rutile phase and introducing a sonic wave treatment process when immersing palladium in the rutile titania carrier. Also, when the palladium catalyst is applied to a direct production method of hydrogen peroxide, the yield and production rate of hydrogen peroxide can be significantly improved.
