A saturable reactor, comprising: a reactor body (11) and a variable resistor (12) connected to the reactor body (11) in parallel. The reactor body (11) comprises an iron core (111) and coils (112) wound outside the iron core (111). There is a negative correlation between a resistance value of the variable resistor (12) and the size of a current passing through the variable resistor (12).
