Provided is a double-tank oxidation pond for evaluating the ozone catalytic oxidation efficiency. The double-tank oxidation pond comprises detachable tanks (100, 200), a movable ozone aerator pipe (9) and sampling holes (14), wherein the detachable tanks (100, 200) are made of an organic glass material, and each tank has three sections connected by means of flanges; the height and the number of holes of the ozone aerator pipe (9) can be adjusted according to different experimental requirements; and the sampling holes (14) are distributed at different positions of the tanks and can be used for taking water samples at different positions. The distribution of the gas, liquid and solid phases in the tanks can be observed; the double-tank design and the square tank structures make same close to an actual production process, and the obtained experimental data is convenient for a computer to simulate, so as to amplify same with regards to the actual production process; and the size, the number of openings and the position of the ozone aerator pipe (9) in the tank can be adjusted, so that the catalytic oxidation effect of sewage under different aeration modes and at different aeration heights can be evaluated.
