The present invention provides a method for preparing a regenerated cellulose fiber having antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof functions from fructus foeniculi extract, litsea cubeba extract, and thyme serpyllum essential oil. The present invention further relates to an application of the regenerated cellulose fiber prepared by the method in the field of antibacterial, anti-mite and mildew-proof fabrics. The present invention solves the technical defect that the regenerated cellulose fiber in the prior art has single function as well as poor anti-mite and anti-mildew effects.
