The effect disc assembly for a stage lamp comprises: multiple effect discs (1, 2) provided with a plurality of effect members (4, 7); a rotary shaft (5); and a transmission mechanism (6). The rotary shaft (5) passes through axis centers of the effect discs (1, 2). The effect members (4, 7) of the respective effect discs (1, 2) are arranged correspondingly to create various combined effects. The transmission mechanism (6) drives the rotary shaft (5) to rotate, such that the respective effect discs (1, 2) rotate coaxially. Driving of the transmission mechanism (6) causes the respective effect members (4, 7) to rotate coaxially, and effects created by the rotating effect members (4, 7) are superimposed to create a new stage effect. The invention can satisfy the requirement of multiple effects and the requirement of a simplified structure, and has high practicability.
