[Problem] To enable video contents of the same kind to be viewed successively and smoothly by generating one new video file from multiple captured video files that have been uploaded. [Solution] Upon receiving a captured video file uploaded from a user's communication terminal device, a server device detects, in a video database of a database device, video files having the same information as the imaging tag information attached to the received captured video file. One new video file is generated by combining the received captured video file with the detected video files, then stored in the video database in a deliverable manner. When this edited video file is downloaded and played on the communication terminal device, the video contents corresponding to the respective combined video files can be successively viewed.
